• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
• All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Orders can only be refunded if all products are unused and in original packaging and condition.
• Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and refund approval.

• All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to inspect their order and request replacement parts.
• To exchange a non-functional or defective product, the customer must return the item. Once received, a replacement will be shipped promptly at no additional cost.
• Replacement requests cannot be accepted after the 15-day inspection period has passed.

• Once your return is approved, please pack items securely with extra padding to prevent damage during transit.
